EXAMINATION & REPORT
- Pupils absent from examination without grave reasons will be considered as having failed. Pupils absent from any examination for any reason whatsoever will not be re-examined. The marks obtained in all the unit tests, half yearly and final examinations will be considered for promotion. Malpractices will be penalized by detention.
- Progress report showing the application of the pupils and their result will be sent to the parent after every school examination. Parents are requested to examine the progress report card carefully and see that their daughters or wards make a special effort to study those subjects in which they are weak.
- If the pupils are not making the desired progress, parents are welcome to contact the Principal, the class teacher or the subject teacher concerned on the second Saturday of the month to discuss the remedial measures to be taken.
- As per Government Rules, Annual Examination Result will be declared on May 20th.
- Once the result is declared, no change will be possible and no further discussion on the matter will be entertained.
- Those who wish to take their T.C. at the end of the scholastic year should submit the application in advance. The T.C. will be issued on 15th May or, if it is a holiday, on the next working day. No application for T.C. will be accepted during the summer vacation.
- e-Care services will be regularly provided. Through the college website, updated news and other information will be made available.
- Students who wish to opt for the Science Stream in Class 11th should have studied Maths in Class 10th; otherwise, they will not be allowed to take the Science Stream.
