  1. Application Form fees are non-refundable.
    आवेदन पत्र शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
  2. Incomplete or incorrect forms will be rejected.
    अधूरा या गलत भरा हुआ फॉर्म अस्वीकृत कर दिया जाएगा।
  3. Date of birth must match the Transfer Certificate.
    जन्मतिथि ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट के अनुसार ही होनी चाहिए।
  4. Please sign the disclaimer before submission.
    जमा करने से पहले घोषणा पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर अवश्य करें।

  6. The completed form must be submitted in the office on 27 March 2026 between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
    पूर्ण रूप से भरा हुआ फॉर्म 27 मार्च 2026 को प्रातः 9:00 बजे से 11:00 बजे तक कार्यालय में जमा करना अनिवार्य है।
  7. Those who want to reprint their form can click on the Make Payment or Print button and print the form by entering their Form Number and Aadhaar Number.
    जो अभ्यर्थी अपना फॉर्म पुनः प्रिंट करना चाहते हैं, वे Make Payment or Print बटन पर क्लिक करके अपना Form Number और Aadhaar Number दर्ज कर फॉर्म प्रिंट कर सकते हैं।
